About the Wim Hof Method
Heather is a certified Level 3 Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor. She began her foray into the world of wellness when she booked an expedition to Poland to climb Mt Sněžka in her underpants! She caught the Hoffing bug and never looked back! Pre-pandemic you could find her traveling across Europe, the US and Kenya running retreats and offering workshops, private sessions, and events at festivals.
